At Zaot, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

The products would be delivered to the customer’s within 4 to 6 days .

The returns would happen within 3 to 4 days and also the damaged and defective items would be processed within 4 to 5 days .

The refunded amount would be credited to the customer’s bank account within 3 to 4 days .

🔁 Return Policy

  • Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products.
  • Customers must report any issues within 48 hours of receiving the product, along with clear photos or video proof.
  • To request a return, please contact our support team via email or WhatsApp with your order ID and issue details.
  • Once verified, we will arrange a pickup or guide you through the return process.

💸 Refund Policy

  • Refunds are issued only if the product is unavailable for replacement or in case of cancellation before shipping.
  • Once your return is approved and the product is received back in its original condition, refunds will be processed within 7 working days to your original payment method.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable if the return is due to customer error.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

  • Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or used items will not be eligible for return or refund.
